Name cards are done 5 times a year. The time schedules and deadlines are:

(1) Submission by 17 Aug 2009. Collection after week of 21 September 2009.
(2) Submission by 8 November 2009. Collection after week of 14 December 2009. 
(3) Submission by 30 January 2010. Collection after week of 3 March 2010. 
(4) Submission by 5 April 2010. Collection after week of 30 April 2010.
(5) Submission by 12 June 2010. Collection after week of 18 July 2010.

Email will be sent to inform you on the collection.

Please check your entries before submitting for application. A fee will be charge for reprint if errors are made by students during application.
