NEW UPDATE for Second Major in Management

As a transitional provision, for the 2019 and 2020 cohorts only, the 5th and/or 6th level-3000 courses already read or to be read, will count as level-2000 courses in fulfilment of the requirements of the 2nd Major. Here are two scenarios:
  1. If a student had already read or intends to read 6 level-3000 courses (without reading any level-2000 course), the 5th and 6th level-3000 courses will count as level-2000 courses.
  2. If a student had already read or intends to read 5 level-3000 courses (and had read or intends to read only one level-2000 course), the 5th level-3000 course will count as level-2000 course.

NEW UPDATE for Minor in Management

How to apply

  1. Minor in Entrepreneurship: No application is needed for non-business undergraduates who have not been admitted to the Minor programme at the point of admission to NUS. Interested students may declare the minor before the start of the semester and read the required business courses under Unrestricted Electives.

  2. Second Major in Management / Minor in Management: Students who are not offered direct admission to the 2nd Major / Minor in Management may apply for it no later than during their 4th semester of study, but they need to first complete at least 4 Biz-coded courses (16 Units) of the Minor in Management requirements. All applications are to be in EDUREC. An email blast from Registrar’s Office will be sent to all undergraduates around March/April and October/November informing of the application period to be opened in EDUREC. Please note that the programme is highly competitive and meeting the minimum application requirements does not guarantee an offer of admission.
